At Pete Proformance we don't believe in the one size fits all Meal Plans rather out nutritional coaching is centered around EDUCATING and TEACHING our clients how to develop a lifestyle that is practical and sustainable. 


The reality is that for most of us Training is the easy part, it is the habits and decisions outside the gym that really make up our body composition. We care about your goals and progress and we know that with our help you will be successful with our Program. 

What you get:

You will track your diet then submit it at the end of each week for evaluation. Our weekly nutrition consultations will help keep you accountable and give us a chance to make suggestions and make changes to your daily eating habits to help you attain your goals.

  • 4). Recipes 

  • 5). Online Group 

You will be in our private online group where you will be able to share ideas on fitness and nutrition. More importantly, this will be a forum for questions and answers allowing all of us to interact with not only our staff but other athletes with similar goals.
