Based on your season of life, I design a 42‑day or 12‑week plan in the app: training, nutrition, and habits.
You follow 30–40 minute sessions, check in each week, and we adjust so you actually stick with it.

My Story
I’m Coach Pete, a strength coach and former PE teacher who loves Jesus and heavy weights.
I’ve been where you are: drifting with food, training, and faith, while my body quietly got softer and more painful. I built Pete Proformance to give Christian men & Women a simple, joint‑friendly way to get strong, lose fat, and live their faith in their body without living in the gym.
