About Me
I’m Matt Peters, founder of Pete Proformance and a pain‑free performance coach based in the Mesa / Gilbert area.
I help men and women get stronger, leaner, and more confident without wrecking their joints or living in the gym. Most of my clients are busy adults who’ve tried doing it on their own, bounced between programs, or are coming back from pain or injury and don’t want to get hurt again.
I started out working in education, then moved full‑time into personal training. Over the last 10 years I’ve coached hundreds of sessions on the gym floor, learned from every mistake, and built a simple system that works in real life:
