We are committed to delivering high-quality, faith-driven training and coaching experiences through Pete Proformance. Because of the digital nature and immediate access to our programs, all sales are considered final unless otherwise specified.

Digital Products (eBooks, Blueprints, Challenges)

Due to the instant delivery of downloadable content, no refunds will be issued for digital product purchases unless otherwise stated on the product page. If a refund guarantee is offered, it will be clearly labeled and must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

 1-on-1 Coaching Programs

All coaching plans are tailored to the individual, and your time is reserved in advance. Refunds are not offered once coaching begins. If you're unable to continue, we may offer to pause or reschedule based on availability and communication.

 In-Person Training

Sessions at Mesa Personal Training follow the gym's cancellation policies. Please notify us 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
