By using this website (www.peteproformance.com), purchasing any programs or services, or interacting with our content, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Coaching & Program Disclaimer

All training, coaching, and fitness guidance provided by Pete Proformance is for educational purposes only. Results may vary depending on the individual's effort, health, consistency, and lifestyle.

We are not medical professionals, and the information shared is not a substitute for medical advice. Please consult with your physician before beginning any fitness program.

2. Use of Website

By accessing this site, you agree not to reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any content from Pete Proformance without express written permission. All content — including workouts, guides, graphics, and logos — is property of Pete Proformance.

3. Payments & Refunds

All digital products, including but not limited to the Faith & Function Challenge and Movement Mastery Blueprint, are final sale unless otherwise stated. For 1-on-1 coaching programs, a customized agreement may be signed before beginning.

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for programs that specifically state a money-back guarantee. Please email Matt@PeteProformance.com for support or refund requests.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule coaching calls or assessments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited. Rescheduling must be done through your original Calendly link or by contacting Coach Pete directly.

5. Community Conduct

We are building a brotherhood based on mutual respect, encouragement, and discipline. Any participant in coaching programs, The Father’s Strength Club, or digital communities who engages in abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may be removed without refund.

6. Affiliate Links & Promotions

We may recommend products or services and earn a small commission through affiliate links. These recommendations are based on personal use or high-level trust in the source. You are never obligated to purchase through affiliate links.

7. Modifications

Pete Proformance reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page and apply to all future interactions and purchases.
